About Us

Discover the story, values, and vision of Nakabugu Muslim Secondary School — a community committed to academic excellence, discipline, character development, and nurturing learners to reach their full potential.

Our History

Nakabugu Muslim Secondary School was founded by Mr. Luswiiga Muhammed and Mr. Kakungu Birali, who also became the school’s first Headteacher.

The school was licensed in 2013 and was registered on an accelerated basis. In the same year, it received Universal Secondary Education funding under the government Public-Private Partnership arrangement.

Over the years, the school has continued to expand its academic and administrative capacity while remaining committed to accessible education, moral development and academic growth.
